On April 22, the UK Parliament's Health and Social Care Select Committee opened an inquiry into the planning and delivery of essential NHS and care services - other than those related to coronavirus - during the pandemic and beyond. AIMS welcomes this inquiry, and we hope that it will help to focus attention on some of the problematic issues that we know, from our helpline and other work, are being encountered by maternity service users. AIMS submitted evidence to the inquiry on May 8th 2020.
