Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM) Conference

Speakers will include:

  • Dr Helen Crawley: Protecting good nutrition in infants and young children: why marketing regulation matters
  • Professor Amy Brown: How can we better support families who haven’t been able to meet their breastfeeding goals?
  • Dr. B.J. Epstein Woodstein: Supporting LGBTQ people/families with breast/chestfeeding
  • Emma Pickett IBCLC: Don’t forget the children: the need for ante-antenatal breastfeeding education
  • Dr Vicky Thomas: The role of doctors in breastfeeding.
  • And Leanne Pearce talking about her work with Thought Foundation

The day will also include the ABM's 40th birthday celebrations, award for breastfeeding counsellors, prize draw and stalls.
